Our Return and Refund Policy ensures that you understand your rights and obligations when requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect are also eligible for return or replacement.
Free Return Eligibility
We will cover return shipping costs in the following cases:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective.
- Incorrect items received (different from your order).
In these cases, JoyPicks.com will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a courier pickup at no additional cost.
Change of Mind Returns
If you return an item due to change of mind or personal preference:
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- The item must be in unused condition and returned with all original packaging.
- Partial refunds may apply if the returned product shows signs of use or missing components.
- Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or regulatory reasons:

How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account: My Account
- Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
- Click “Return/Refund” and complete the request form.
- Follow the provided instructions and shipping details.
After submitting your request, you will receive email confirmation with return instructions.
If eligible, a prepaid return label or courier pickup will be arranged.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Funds are credited to the original payment method only.
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–10 business days to release the funds.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Please note: Customs duties, VAT, and local import taxes are non-refundable.
These charges are collected by your local government and cannot be reimbursed by JoyPicks.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
