2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping Responsibilities

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. We do not provide prepaid labels for voluntary returns from international destinations.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if:

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

5. Wrong Item Received

7. Currency & International Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency. International exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees are not covered by us and may be subject to your card issuer's policies.
